Inspired by the great bars of New York City, Hyde & Co has been an institution on Bristol’s famous cocktail scene since opening its doors back in 2010. To celebrate the turn of the new year, we’re bringing you an evening of our favourite cocktails from our past menus over the last 12 years, perfectly crafted by our expert bartenders – bringing them back for one night only.

Whether you’re looking for somewhere to kick off your evening with early evening cocktails, or you’re looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city as the clock strikes midnight, we’ll be keeping things classic this year, with spectacular atmosphere and exceptional service – true Hyde & Co style!

Choose from two sittings; one at 6:30 – 9pm, or our later sitting from 9:30 – late. You’ll be able to select your choice of three cocktails throughout your visit from our cocktail menu created exclusively for NYE, and those joining us for our late night sitting will be treated to a glass of Champagne at midnight.

Tickets for our 6:30 – 9pm sitting are £40, and our late night 9:30 sitting is £50. With only a limited number of tables available, this will be an exclusive evening, ideal for anyone wanting to escape the crowds and see in the New Year with excellent cocktails and sparkling company.
