After our last two menus took us all the way from Prohibition-era America to 1920’s Paris, we’re bringing it home with our new Bristol inspired menu; Dens. Our one-of-a-kind menu pays homage to the colourful and often grizzly history of our much-loved city’s drinking scene.
You’ll see some of Bristol’s present-day locations with the likes of The Angel Inn, The Coronation Tap, The Hatchet and The Old Duke (we’re massive fans of pubs if you couldn’t tell!) As well as honouring places like the Cheese Lane Distillery which was bombed during WW2 and the Corn Exchange which is now part of St Nicks Market.
Our fascinating historical facts, married with some epic hand-drawn illustrations by the incredible Brad at Sacred Studio, will have you taking your own personal cocktail tour of Bristol without having to leave your seat (as well as getting slightly tipsy!)
Each cocktail has been specially crafted and created, around the been and gone drinking locations in all their glory (and quite quirky backgrounds), by our esteemed and beloved bar manager (and last years Imbibe Magazine Bartender of the Year) Dan Bovey.
We invite you to the launch of Dens at Hyde & Co on Wednesday 3rd July!
