After a hugely successful series of foraging cocktail workshops in 2022, we’re delighted to bringing them back in conjunction with the wonderful Maria at Healing Weeds and our friends at Avallen Calvados.
You’ll be able to delve into the fascinating world of foraging and herbalism, reconnect with nature, and discover the amazing array of wild ingredients right on our doorstep, as we take you on a foraging adventure right here in Bristol, before learning how to use readily available, natural and seasonal ingredients in your own cocktail making!
Maria of Healing Weeds, a foraging expert based in Bristol, will take you on a guided tour around Brandon Hill. You’ll explore the vast range of wild ingredients including hogweed, elderflowers and much more, before collecting your own ingredients and returning to Hyde & Co where our expert bartenders will teach you a variety of different methods to create your own dried plants, powders and syrups, before sampling them in two specially created cocktails using the exceptional Avallen Calvados.
