Scotch, Irish, American, Japanese or Swedish – we love whisky wherever it’s from but the hosts our next Bristol Whisky Club hold a special place in our hearts as purveyors of some of our very favourite Scotch whisky out there. Ladies and gentlemen…we bring you Bruichladdich!

Founded in 1881 by the Harvey brothers, the Bruichladdich distillery sits on on the shore of Loch Indaal, on the Rinns of Islay. With a family history of distilling dating back to the 1700’s the Harvey family were something of whisky dynasty, and the hundreds of years of experience and expertise are clear to see (and taste!) today, with every bottle being distilled using age old techniques.

On Thursday 27th April we’ll be bringing Bruichladdich to Hyde & Co, and for just £20 you can try the full range of Bruichladdich’s Scotch whiskies, including The Classic Laddie, Port Charlotte and Islay Barley, Octomore and Black Art. We’ll be joined by Ben Reynolds, Bruichladdich representative who’ll be imparting his unrivalled whisky knowledge and our talented team will also be on hand to answer any of your burning questions, and as always we’ll be treating you to some light nibbles from our cousins at The Ox to soak up all that whisky!

Historically the Bristol Whiskey Clubs sell out in a matter of weeks so it’s always best to get yours quickly. You can get your hands on yours here and join us for a spectacular night of Scotch whisky.
